Victoria ISD is continuing to register students for the 2025–26 school year through its online registration portal. Families who have not yet completed their child’s registration are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to help schools prepare for the new year.
In April, VISD hosted Student Priority Registration, giving families the opportunity to secure a seat at their child’s zoned campus and assist the district in early planning. While the priority period has now closed, registration remains open, and it is critical for families to complete the process promptly.
Timely registration ensures students are placed in the correct classes, campuses can finalize staffing and schedules, and families avoid delays or issues at the start of school.
“Completing your student’s registration as soon as possible helps ensure a smooth start to the school year for everyone,” said Ashley Alvarez, Executive Director of Communications. “We’re encouraging all families—whether new to VISD or returning—not to wait.”
Registration is completed online at www.visd.net/registration. Assistance is available through each campus or by contacting the VISD Student, Parent, and Community Services Department at (361) 788-9250.
Families should be prepared to submit proof of residency and required documentation to finalize enrollment.
