The VISD Education Foundation announced the recipients of its Grants for Great Ideas program on March 27 for the 2020-2021 school year. In total 17 grants were awarded to VISD educators equaling $45,596. Including this funding cycle over $450,000 has been awarded to 164 projects impacting over 80,000 students since the program’s inception in 2009.
